Morgan David Gifts is a division of Mad Stitches, a custom embroidery and monogramming business. We are very proud of our products and the quality of our work. We guaranty it 100%. We do everything in our power to make sure that our customers get exactly what they have ordered.
Mad Stitches was started in January of 2001 by Maddy Hathaway, owner and CEO. We are a family owned and operated business. We do all types of embroidery including athletic appliqué, corporate apparel, small business shirts, jacket and hats. But the majority of our business is custom work.
Morgan David Gifts is our online division. Besides selling our services and products in our shop, we have done numerous embroidery shows during the last 5 years and have met many wonderful people. We have a lot of loyal customers and they have been asking us to create a website for the personalized products. Well, we have finally done it!

Gift Services
We know how busy you are and so Morgan David Gifts... offers a gift service to make your life easier! We have taken the stress out of gift giving.
1. We will ship your purchase directly to the person you are giving the gift to. This eliminates double shipping costs for you.
2. We will include a gift card (the size of a business card) with your message on it. We have cards for babies and children.
You would write your message on the comments area of the check out page.
Custom Embroidery
We often get requests for custom embroidery such as adding a design to the lettering, a different style of lettering and so on.
For example, someone might want to add a cross and a date with the name for a christening gift or they would like to embroider a saying to mark a special occasion.
We can do many special requests. Just CONTACT US and we can determine if your request can be done and what the cost would be.

Q: I ordered a gift from Morgan David Gifts, why is this not on my credit card statement?
A: Morgan David Gifts is a division of Mad Stitches. Your credit card receipt will reflect the name Mad Stitches for all charges and refunds.
Q: Does Morgan David Gifts take special requests / custom orders?
A: Yes, we do take special requests. We do a lot of custom work. If you would like to place a custom order, please call us (603-734-4773) before placing your order to determine if your special request can be done and what the cost will be.
Q: Does Morgan David Gifts take telephone orders?
A: Yes, we will be glad to take orders over the phone, especially custom orders. Our telephone number is 603-734-4773.
Q: How soon will my ordered be shipped?
A: If the items are in stock, we will process them and ship them out within 1 - 3 business days from the receipt of your payment. If an item is out of stock, it will delay the completion of your order. If your order is expected to be delayed, you will be notified of the delay and given an estimated completion date. If the estimated completion date is unsatisfactory, you will be given the opportunity to cancel any part of your order at that time.
Q: How much does Morgan David Gifts charge for shipping in the continental United States?
A: We charge by the weight of the items and size of the box. We use FedEx and USPS Priority Mail. We found that it is the most cost efficient and quickest method. If you must have your order the next day, we can ship Next Day Air. Please call us for the actual cost of that service.
Q: Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
A: If your order does not contain any personalized items, it may be canceled if the order has not already been shipped. However, if your order contains items that are to be personalized, the order cannot be canceled once the personalization process has begun. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately by telephone (603-734-4773) to determine whether or not the items have begun the personalization process.

A: Orders begin processing when payment through your Credit Card is received.

A: Yes, we offer Gift Certificates in any denomination that you want. We send those out to you or your recipient by mail.
Return Policy
Non-personalized items may be returned to Morgan David Gifts if they are in their original unused condition for a refund or a credit within 15 days of receipt of the item (minus the shipping cost). We must be contacted prior to returning the item to receive a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No returns will be accepted without the RMA number. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
Personalized items may be returned to Morgan David Gifts only in the event that an item was received in a damaged condition or an error was made in the personalization by Morgan David Gifts. Only exchanges will be given for returned personalized items - no refunds will be given. All items that qualify for a return must be returned within 15 days of receipt of the item. We must be contacted prior to returning the item to receive a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No returns will be accepted without the RMA number.
If the personalization error was made by the customer, the item can not be returned. All sales are final on personalized items. Please check over the information and spelling of the personalization before submitting it. We do our very best to assure that our customers' orders are correct. If we suspect a spelling error or something else questionable, we will contact you before we begin the personalization process. (This may delay your order slightly.)
